Our platform may utilize AI-powered analytics and predictive tools (including Salesforce Einstein) to provide insights such as predictive maintenance alerts, compliance risk scoring, and operational optimization recommendations. These features are designed to assist human decision-makers and do not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without human involvement.

If you are subject to GDPR and believe that an automated decision has been made about you that produces legal or similarly significant effects, you have the right to request human intervention, express your point of view, and contest the decision by contacting us at support@shipyardintel.io.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or business operations. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated policy on our website with a revised “Effective Date” and, where required by applicable law, providing you with direct notice (such as by email).

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy, except where additional consent is required by law.
